Financial Finesse for Diverse Populations
Different employee populations have different experiences and often, culturally relevant financial coaching and resources can make all the difference. Our DEI team develops custom programs targeting employee groups experiencing heightened financial stress, unique challenges, and in many cases, greater financial insecurity.

Close the Financial Wellness Gap
Meet our Head of DEI Engagement, Laura Stamps
Laura advises our partners on how to maximize financial wellness gains among their employees, often focusing on the most financially stressed populations, where disadvantaged communities are disproportionately represented. She is passionate about democratizing access to trusted, unbiased financial guidance, which led her to Financial Finesse in 2015. The company’s mission is to change financial lives at scale, and through her work, Laura drives that mission forward everyday.
As a thought leader, Laura regularly speaks at industry events and is quoted in the media. She also contributes to our Financial Wellness Think Tank™, having authored a special report on Race and Financial Stress. Recently, she was named to COLOR Magazine’s Top Chief Diversity Officer POWERLIST and honored with a DCIIA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Award.
We build customized solutions to achieve important DEI goals
Financial Finesse was founded to bring unbiased financial coaching to as many people as possible—regardless of age, sex, race, ability, identity, life stage, native language, income, job type, or any other factor—so investing in DEI is a given for us. Our team is experienced at creating tailored solutions to meet the needs of diverse employee populations, driving measurable increases in financial well-being that positively impact not only targeted groups, but entire organizations.
Additionally, through an exclusive partnership with OfColor, a company dedicated to improving the financial lives of employees of color, we are able to amplify the success of our programs with their culturally-relevant content and group education sessions.
